Meet Inside Out Coaching With EFTPosted by Ann Smith on Aug 14, 2012
Hello. I’m currently on sabbatical from my practice. I am happy to hear from you via email if you have questions, want a referral, or anything else. Until September 2019, have a wonderful summer.
I started my life coaching practice, Inside Out Coaching, in 2005. I had been introduced to Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) in my coaching program as a tool to move clients past their blocks. Sure enough, clients arrived with an array of inner blocks to success, self-sabotaging thoughts or feelings that kept them stuck. What good are support, guidance, and enthusiasm to a client if they can’t — for whatever reason — take the next step? EFT (also known as “tapping”) did indeed dissolve their blocks and I felt empowered to be an effective coach armed with this amazing tool for change.
I explored EFT in depth and became a fan of all that it could do to help my clients, even healing them on a deep level. I have helped hundreds of clients with a wide variety of issues using EFT including phobias, trauma, stress, relationships, low self-esteem, grief, anger and shame. The vast majority of clients experience relief and often complete healing. I meet with clients in person, on the phone, or by Skype.
I especially enjoy working with clients who want to make peace with their pasts. This means bringing to awareness events from the past that still feel bad and then using EFT to neutralize them. By doing this, stuck energy that can lead to physical and mental illnesses is released and emotional freedom is possible. A life of good health on every level becomes a reality.
